I've been taking my vehicle to VIP in Farmington for several years now and will continue to do so in the future. The staff is friendly and knowledgable about vehicle maintenance and repair. If there are unexpected issues (tire rotation but noticed bad brakes for example) they always take the time to show you what is wrong and make a recommendation on getting it taken care of. They are also very conscious of the fact that cars cost $$$ and they make every effort to get the best price they can on parts and labor. I had taken my vehicles to other shops in the area but since I've been going to VIP there is no reason to go anywhere else.
This is a place you can trust with stuff beyond tires and oil changes. Always fix the problem at a great price.
Great service for tires and service. Parts are a different story they not attentive, when you call for a part they say ok yes we have it when you go to get it they say oh we dont have the part Oriellys has been going down hill for the past 15 + years i DO NOT RECOMEND THEM ! ! !
Just returned a warranty part with no problems.
These folks really went out of their way to get me back on the road. Alternator died on a Saturday. They got a new one and installed it on a Sunday after hours cause it arrived late. Their word is good!!
