We have been to this establishment a total of 3 times within the past 6 months. The first time was just ok. Service was a bit slow, but the food was acceptable. The second time we went it was amazing. Food was nice and hot. Fast service, friendly wait staff. We went again today and it was terrible! We waited 20 minutes just to get drinks. When our food arrived it was lukewarm warm at best. The service was so slow. It wasn't very busy at all, so I'm not sure why it took so long. This place is really hit or miss..you take your chances I guess. We won't be going back though.
Pepperoni pizza was great. My chicken and pineapple pizza was really good. Our server was very attentive and had a sense of humor. Great young man. Place was very clean.
The great Pizza Hut that made up my childhood. What happened to you? A few months ago I went in with a group of friends, and thwir friends. All together there was about 7 or 8 of us. Our waiter was very polite and patient despite some of thw diners at my table were a bit difficult and didn't quite act like they were in a public place which is good. He even seemed to have a bit of a sense of humor which was good for everyone. However the past 2 visits I had with a friend who used their online ordering, requested garlic crust. Both times we got what seemed like regular crust, so either they got it mixed up twice or their garlic crust is indistinguishable from plain crust. The price was pretty good as you can get a dinner box, which in addition to pizza, we got 5 bread sticks which were alright, and 10 delicious cinnamon sticks. I still believe that their pizza is good enough to earn my business again, despite the small errors with my past 2 visits.
Overall I like getting Pizza Hutt due to the good deals and have been ordering pizza from them reg. for about 4 years now. Recently I had locked myself out of my car and showed up 2 minutes late exactly and they treated me harshly making me feel awkward that I was 2 minutes late even though I said sorry and just got off the phone with them explaining that I would be right there. I'm studying business psychology and overall this is a example of terrible customer service! Pizza Hutt has lost my loyalty.
Food was good. Service wasn't great. Waited a very long time for refills. We ended up going to get our own box to go, then another long wait for the bill. It was not busy. Maybe 3 other tables occupied. The other waitress had two of them and checked with them frequently if they needed anything.
