I rent a commercial space from Foothills and am very pleased with the services I receive, including snow removal, kind and respectful response to any needs I have. I've been here three years and have no complaints whatsoever.
I live in the Park Side building and I love the location. Large 2 bedroom apartment, walking distance from anything you could need in town, lots of parking, and pet friendly! The only downside is there is only one window in this apartment, but the large space definitely makes up for it, and the Foothills staff let us know about that ahead of time. Would definitely recommend Foothills for anyone looking for a place in Farmington!
I'm a long time resident. My building was purchased by Foothills and immediately underwent upgrades, including flooring, fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, paint, WiFi, assigned parking, etc. Also, any time an issue arises, they are quick to respond.
We love living in Thomas building. It's quite,pet friendly,clean and over looks the river in the back yard. We have our own private deck and stair way and a very cute 1 bedroom apartment, aside from some of the missing paint and damages on the wall we love it here. Maintenance is very good, and i would highly recommend Foothills to anyone looking for an apartment around Farmington!
Very friendly and prompt to fix/tend to things in the apartment. Apartments are clean and in great locations. Pet friendly too!
