Sometimes the wait is long. Staff may not have all the answers, but they will look for them. Getting back to you after your visit may not happen.
Although i hate being in cell phone stores in general, this location does have very nice sales staff. They are super friendly and try their very best to be helpful. Usually a bit of a wait. So, don't go in a hurry.
We walked into this store 1 hour before closing, in quite a predicament with our previous cell phone provider. The woman who assisted us in opening up a new phone plan stayed well over an hour past closing, and helped us find the best possible solution to our problem. Absolutely satisfied!
