Were they nice? Yes, they were. Professional? No!
This vet is a horrible place to go and they do not care at all. They never answer the phone even when they are sitting right next to the phone, they just let it go to voicemail. I paid $40 for the guy to look at my cat and say he will be fine. Was in the room for literally 3 minutes!! Waste of my time and money! And I can assure them that I will not be going back to them!
Terrible experience! When the vet came she didn't introduce herself and we thought she was a nurse. After a couple of her questions we understood that she was the vet and we started to ask our questions, but we got no clear answers on pets' conditions. We literally had to push her to examine our dog. No tests were done as supposed to be. (We had another vet before and knew the procedure.)
When my friend came with her pets to get rabbis shots. They wrote them down for a surgery. Watch what they do to your pets!
Also told testing for liver and kidney function is imperative and they never mentioned that. That tests normally done on all animals a week prior to surgery. When i called the real vet to discuss this serious issue,she was rude and hung up on me. Had her Secretary call me back five minutes later and claimed her insurance co would be calling , months later and still no call. The tech is illegally diagnosing and prescribing meds , DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS AMIMALS HERE!!!!!!!
Would I trust them my pets? No. And would recommend to search better one!
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK CLEARWATER VETERINARY HOSPITAL FOR HELPING MY WIFE AND I ON SAVING OUR FOUR LEGGED DAUGHTER IF IT WASN'T FOR THEM SHE WOULD HAVE PASSED AND AS OTHERS HAVE SAID MONEY IS NOT A ISSUE WITH THEM MY WIFE AND I WOULD LIKE TO SINCERELY THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH AS WELL AS SADIE WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
Horrible place! Vet tech diagnosis animals illegally. Claimed my dog needed emergency surgery, took him for second opinion and told he was absolutely fine. He is an older dog and going under anesthesia could have killed him for no reason
