They took such great care of our cat who has abladder stone. They all complimented us on how beautiful she was. They were caring and gentle.
Amazing care at reasonable fees... Great people.
Called back couple months later to book a urinalysis (couldn't get to primary vet due to ice storm; figured urinalysis is tough to screw up) but was told I was barred from service because, according to clinic owner, NO client who had EVER questioned her service for ANY reason was allowed to set foot in her facility. Mentioned that misdiagnosis and failing initially to render services paid for were generally considered legitimate grounds for complaint, but such concerns are for other vets.
The best vet clinic in the state. Hands down.
Spent almost $200 for an incorrect diagnosis (refuted by specialist) and a test that was priced $30-$40 higher than other vets and whose results were delivered only after repeated prompting and a two-week delay. Voiced objection over phone to poor service upon finally getting results and hung up.
Was given an estimate for my cat of just under $200 for apt, test, and medicine. When I checked out I was billed nearly $400 for the services listed on the estimate. A week later I had an emergency with my dog. I was told he had a disc issue, neurological symptoms and cancer, and his life expectancy was about 3 months. The basic test recommendations we're nearly $500. When I pressed what exactly the tests were covering and what we would learn from them the vet became even more rude and defensive. I finally got the response the tests were basic blood work and 3 x-rays. None of which would confirm or deny his diagnosis. Today we had a second opinion...no cancer. It was a blocked gland that needed to be drained and antibiotics provided.
